My time at Basic Resources was filled with fast-paced and diverse sets of projects that constantly kept me on my toes. Creating reliable designs that ensure the brand is recognized and noticed on the shelf was our top priority on the design team.
As a Packaging Designer, it was my role to create concepts, fine-tune designs and ensure environmental responsibility at all stages of development. During my time here, I also progressed the company’s use of 3D modeling to improve our sales pitches and promote products more effectively.
Reebok’s Slouch High Quarter
I was often approached by our design team to assist with the packaging of a new set of products. I would be presented with their original concept for the look and asked to approve it or improve upon it in any way. Here is how I took the packaging for a ‘Slouch High Quarter’ sock from a manufacturing and environmental problem into a simple and aesthetically pleasing design.
